Travis Kelce Wears Taylor Swift Friendship Bracelets as Jason Kelce Announces Retirement.
During the announcement of Jason Kelce’s retirement, his brother Travis Kelce, 34, was seen wearing a piece of Taylor Swift.
While showing support for his brother Jason, 36, who was confirming his retirement from the NFL, Travis sported several friendship bracelets. At the press conference in Philadelphia, where Jason’s family was seated in the front row, Travis was spotted wearing black and gold beaded bracelets. One bracelet spelled out his name, and another had “T” letters separated by a heart, presumably representing his and Swift’s initials. He paired these bracelets with a gold chain and a chrome watch. His outfit was completed with diamond earrings, black sunglasses, and a patchwork shirt.
Travis has been known to wear various friendship bracelets during his relationship with Swift, 34. The Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end has been seen exchanging bracelets with fans at Swift’s concerts. He even tried to ask Swift out by giving her a bracelet with his phone number on it, a common practice among Swift’s fans at her Eras Tour concerts.
Despite not being able to give her the beaded bracelet at her July 2023 concert, his gesture caught Swift’s attention, and they started dating later that summer.
Swift has also been seen wearing jewelry that features Travis’s name, his football number, and more while she cheers him on at Chiefs games.
Last month, after her performance in Tokyo, the pop star showed her support for her boyfriend at the 2024 Super Bowl. The Chiefs won the game against the San Francisco 49ers in overtime, with a final score of 25-22.
